| CFS Solar is the most recent addition to the 35-year-old Custom Fireplace Shop family of products, sales and service. Our technicians are trained in the latest methods of solar systems and solar panel installation. We will review your needs and site specific information and create a solar design plan that will deliver what you need. We are members of the North American Solar Stores (NASS) and are able to take advantage of NASS buying power as well as ongoing training at the NASS Solar Training Institute. We stay current on the equipment and techniques used to make solar energy a great choice for today's "greener" market demands. This knowledge is backed up by 35 years of hands-on experience in design, construction, installation, and service of alternative energy appliances. Our Northeastern Ohio customers have trusted Custom Fireplace Shop to recommend, install and maintain only the best products while delivering top service. This tradition continues with our CFS Solar division as more and more customers understand solar and see the benefits of energy independence. |

Our solar technicians attend the North American Solar Stores (NASS) Solar Training Institute. NASS is a member based organization that seeks to make solar more accessible to interested consumers. At CFS Solar you can depend on our company to deliver what we promise just as our loyal customers have for over thirty five years. Unfortunately, the solar contractor landscape is full of new start-ups, fly-by-nights, home businesses and pick-up truck businesses. The companies involved typically do not have the resources, reputation or track record of the established hearth and solar companies that are a part of the NASS network. | Greg Hill founded Custom Fireplace Shop in 1977 to provide masonry fireplace construction and wood stove and chimney installation in Stark County, OH. Our store is in North Canton, Ohio only about 20 miles south of Akron, Ohio. While still located at our original Whipple Avenue address, the original 900 square foot showroom has expanded to 5,000 square feet featuring 45 burning fireplaces and stoves, barbecue grills, fire pits, home accessories and alternative energy solutions. | |||||||
